Antibiotics still work for most bacterial infections; viruses, however, are another matter. They are all, in a sense, supergerms because there are no drugs that can effectively kill them. Antibiotics are only useful against bacteria, not viruses. To date , no grugs have been developed that can effectively eradicate viruses and cure the illnesses they cause. Antiviral drugs may reduce the severity of the infections but do not eliminate them completely. That is why there is no cure for the common cold – a viral infection. Whwen you get aviral infection such as a cold, flu, herpers, or mononucleosis, there is little the doctor can do for you. Medium-chain fatty acids, being similar to those in the microorganism’s membrane, are easily attracted to and absorbed into it. Unlike the other fatty acids in the membrane, MCFAs are much smaller and therefore weaken the already nearly fluid membrane to such a degree that it disintegrates. The membrane literally splits open, spilling its insides and killing the organism. Our white blood cells quickly clean up and dispose of the cellular debris. MCFAs kill invading organisms without causing any known harm to human tissues.

However, there is evidence from some recent studies that one antimicrobial effect of monolaurin is related to its interference with signal transduction in cell replication.

Here a simple guide that we can make a virgin coconut oil using coconut milk and it's very simple, do try it at your home or kitchen. This method absolutely not using any heat, as long you have a refrigerator.

Here the steps

1. Select only fresh and mature quality coconuts.

2. Split coconuts and collect coconut water.

3. Grate coconuts, and please make sure you grated the only white meat, the to make sure you get the crystal clear virgin coconut oil then collect the grated coconut meat.

4. Bag the coconut meat. Use white nylon mesh bag.

5. Place bag in a Cold Press* machine or at home, you can hand press using gloves. Collect
coconut milk.

6. Soak the pressed bag in coconut water and press for a second time. Collect more coconut
milk.

7. Allow the coconut milk to settle undisturbed in a refrigerator at 10 degC for 10-17 hours.
Coconut oil will naturally separate from water and proteins.

8. Carefully collect and filter the oil (top layer) and avoid mixing with the bottom water layer. The oil is colorless.

9. The clear oil you collect then you can keep in a glass bottle.

My grandmother always said that coconut is a tree of thousand uses. This is true. From the leave to the tree we can use the coconut for our own good. During the old days, coconut milk, coconut leaves, coconut shell and many other were used traditionally.

But now a days I heard that the coconut shell being using as bullet proof vest !. And it much better that the normal bullet proof vest!. Because it much lighter than the normal bullet proof vest that most of the time is made up from metal plate.

The used of coconut shell as a bullet proof vest of course have to go certain process. But the main material is coconut shell. The coconut shell been grounded into partical form and mix with other material and the being press to certain thickness. This product being used in some country.

Virgin Coconut Oil that the term I read lately when I started this blog. Once again my grandmother was right. Coconut is very close to human life. I wonder why they call it virgin coconut oil ?. When the word virgin comes in, I think everybody know what it's means.

It's sound funny to me but in my country the a term that said 'the coconut have been piercing by the squirrel' which means a girl that have sex without married !. In my tradition sex without married is forbidden and will be condemn by the society. Again they used coconut to show the example. Coconut must be pure or virgin and that is the true coconut. From this coconut they produce virgin coconut oil.

I also used virgin coconut oil in my everyday life. However, because this virgin coconut oil, as shown by it's name, is not cheap product, may be some sort like virgin girl !. So what good this virgin coconut oil ?. I used it as body lotion, hair cream, and many other thing. Virgin coconut oil is said to have anti virus, anti fungal, antimicrobial these means virgin coconut oil can kill all those virus, fungal, microbe.

I read that the process of producing virgin coconut oil does not involved any heating procudure, thus it is belief no trans fatty acid in the virgin coconut oil.Some says that virgin coconut oil can cure many diseases such as HIV, skin problem and to some extend it can keep us younger and healthy. I took 3 tablespoon of virgin coconut oil everyday.

Therefore I recommended to give virgin coconut oil a chance to cure some of our diseases because that the coconut life !.

Life is like a coconut. Once we are on the ground and by the time we grown up, become a tall tree with a beautiful leaf. Later we producing coconut fruit. However this coconut fruit, sometimes can fall down to earth, some maybe eaten by squirrel and the said lucky one's can grown up to be big coconut fruit.

This big coconut fruit also don't have any security can last to the old or mature age. Squirrel, monkey or human being like to eat green or fresh coconut. Because this coconut contain sweet water that suitable for human to drink and also some soft flesh that also sweet and good to eat.

The lucky one can grow older and may fall to the ground again. Coconut tree mostly can be found near the beach. Thus the older coconut fruit, even though have fall to the ground and hoping to grow as a coconut tree can be washed out to the sea and later drown in the sea bed.

My grandmother always told me, life is like the life of coconut. Thus I started this blog to remembering my late grandmother Mariam Sulaiman. This blog is dedicated to her that have brought me up to this world, thus make me the one like me today.
